EverPrime Futures Inc. ("EverPrime Futures Inc.," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. • Basic gameplay and app activity, such as session events, feature use, performance data, crash logs, and diagnostics.
• IP address, which may be used for security, analytics, fraud prevention, and approximate regional compliance.
• Advertising identifiers, such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA, where permitted by your device settings, for advertising attribution, analytics, ad measurement, and fraud prevention.
You can manage advertising preferences through your device settings. On Android, use Settings > Google > Ads to reset or limit your advertising ID. On iOS, use Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to manage app tracking permissions.
1.3 Third-Party Services and SDKs
To provide, maintain, secure, measure, and improve the Services, we may integrate third-party services or software development kits. These may include analytics tools, advertising and ad measurement providers, attribution services, crash reporting tools, and customer support tools.

6. Retention of Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or aggregate it.
Where you submit a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information within 30 days, unless retention is necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or maintain security.
7. Data Deletion and Local Game Data
The Services do not require account registration and do not maintain persistent personally identifiable user profiles for gameplay.
Game progress, preferences, or settings stored locally on your device are deleted when you uninstall the application or clear local app data. No separate in-app account deletion function is provided because no account is required.
Some anonymous, aggregated, or pseudonymous data may be processed by third-party SDK providers, including analytics, attribution, crash reporting, or advertising providers. Their retention practices are governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

8. Security

9. Age Requirement
The Services are not directed to children under 18 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction if higher. Individuals who do not meet the applicable age requirement must not use the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and do not use children's personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided information to us, please contact us. After verification, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information as required by applicable law, including COPPA where applicable.

• Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, app version, and language settings.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. 13. Do Not Track
