4. Virtual Items and Optional Purchases
The Services may include optional digital items, content, features, virtual chips, coins, tokens, credits, or similar virtual items ("Virtual Items").
4.1 Purchase Terms
• Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play refund policies.
• All other purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law, including eligible digital purchase rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
• Prices, availability, and descriptions of Virtual Items may be changed at any time.
4.2 Nature of Virtual Items
• Virtual Items are digital entertainment content only and have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual Items are not money, currency, property, stored value, prizes, winnings, or financial instruments.
• Virtual Items do not constitute gambling, wagering, betting, or real-money activity.
• When you obtain Virtual Items, you receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them within the Services, subject to these Terms.
• We may manage, modify, rebalance, suspend, remove, or discontinue Virtual Items or related features without liability, except where prohibited by law.
4.3 Prohibited Virtual Item Activity
• Virtual Items may not be sold, traded, gifted, exchanged, transferred, leased, sublicensed, or assigned to any other person.
• You may not buy, sell, trade, or exchange Virtual Items through third-party websites, marketplaces, services, or platforms.
• You may not attempt to convert Virtual Items into real currency, cryptocurrency, prizes, goods, services, or anything of real-world value.
• Any attempt to bypass these restrictions may result in suspension or termination without refund, except where a refund is required by law.
5. No Real-Money Gambling or Payouts
The Services are provided for entertainment purposes only. They do not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagering, cash games, cash prizes, or payouts.
Important notice:
• The Services are a simulated entertainment experience only.
• No real currency, prize, item, or benefit of real-world value can be won, redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, or transferred through the Services.
• Virtual chips, coins, credits, tokens, or similar items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.
• Obtaining or purchasing Virtual Items does not entitle you to winnings, payouts, refunds, or real-world rewards.

Users who participate in unauthorized trading, real-money exchanges, or prohibited activity may have access permanently terminated.

The Services may include links to, integrations with, or content from third-party platforms, app stores, SDKs, advertising networks, analytics providers, or other services. EverPrime Futures Inc. does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, practices, terms, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the applicable third party terms and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EverPrime Futures Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
EverPrime Futures Inc. does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available at all times, or meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverPrime Futures Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services or these Terms, including loss of data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or loss of profits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, created risk for other users or the Services, or if action is needed for legal, security, operational, or compliance reasons.
Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. You may lose access to Virtual Items or locally stored progress, and no refund will be provided except where required by law.
12. Account Deletion and Local Data
The Services do not require account registration. Game data stored locally on your device, such as progress or settings, is deleted when you uninstall the application or clear local app data. No separate in-app account management or account deletion feature is provided.
Anonymous, aggregated, or pseudonymous data may be processed by third-party SDK providers, such as analytics, attribution, crash reporting, or advertising providers, in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive, equitable, or urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property, unauthorized access, security, or other urgent circumstances.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
